Rustic DIY Foraged Bouquet With Wheat

Rustic Diy Foraged Bouquet With Wheat

If you are planning a beautiful rustic wedding and looking for a bouquet idea of a simple but charming bouquet, you’ll like this example! The supplies are 10-15 stems Queen Anne’s Lace, 10 stems of various grasses, 10 stems of dried wheat, string, scissors, hessian, cotton lace. To create a spiralled bouquet, if you’re right handed, feed each stem from right to left, turning your left hand clockwise each time you feed a stem into the design. Keep adding them alternating the materials between the flowers, grasses and wheat. Tie off your design nice and tightly to make sure that nothing is going to move then cut the stems neatly. Add a band of hessian and pin into place at the back, then a band of cotton lace looks really pretty pinned into place over the top of the hessian.
