This gorgeous Austrian wedding was a three-days one, with a royal feel and three different venues
This amazing destination 3-day wedding in Salzburg was very impressive! The motherland of Mozart, three beautiful venues, Austrian splendor and all the cultures integrated into celebrations – this is a real royal wedding!
It was important for the couple to bring two distinct cultures from both India and the Philippines together and immerse them in the Austrian cultural splendor. That’s why they decided on three days and 3 different venues, and each location of this wedding was breathtaking. The couple chose to welcome the family and friends at the Gmachl Restaurant for a traditional Austrian gastronomic experience for the rehearsal dinner. The ceremony took place at Mondsee St. Michael’s Church, one of the biggest churches in Austria. The magic dinner took place at The Leopoldskron with their family and friends, what a magic place! St. Peter’s Stifftskeller was chosen to honor the Indian culture on day 3, all the guests were wearing traditional Indian attire: Lehengas or saris for women, and Sherwanis for men.
The bride was wearing a fully embellished sheath wedding dress with a V-neckline and a train. The groom was wearing a black tuxedo, and during the wedding days the guests and the groom also tried traditional Philippine and Indian attire to give a nod to both cultures of the new family.
Austria’s unique culinary delights are something that need to be experienced entirely, and the couple chose every single part of the wedding menu. As favors, they chose an amazing Austrian wine for every single guest along with a tin of the famous “Manner” Hazelnut cream filled wafers. They also wanted our cake to be modern yet elegant in design, and to for it to taste unlike any other wedding cake the guests had ever eaten flavor-wise.
