Mint and lavender are an amazingly tender color scheme and ideal for a beautiful beach wedding with vintage touches. Every decision from the worn vintage furniture to the frothy mermaid dress to the naked/natural cake was inspired by the beach and our natural surroundings. Vintage bottles in colors reminiscent of sea glass along with mercury glass and driftwood were used to create table decor that would blend well with the beach surroundings while still portraying the elegance of a wedding table. The table number was a “message in a bottle”, the invitation suite was meant to look colorful and fun but also aged with the worn edges, and the place settings tied everything together from the colors to the materials that were used throughout the shoot.
