Gorgeous Indian Fusion New Zealand Wedding

Gorgeous Indian Fusion New Zealand Wedding

What do you think will happen if you incorporate two unique cultures into one wedding day? You will get an awesome, original and very touching feast for sure! So today we have a perfect example of such a wedding, and you have an opportunity to find interesting wedding ideas and repeat them later.

Bride Aarti is Indian and groom George is an Englishman. First of all they decided to have a fusion wedding, but secondly they wanted their day to be fun and colorful. And they did it!

After long searching they decided to reject all traditional wedding venue options and consider the more unique ones. And finally Aarti and George chose The Beach House in Opito Bay, New Zealand for their venue. If you look at the photos more attentively, you’ll see how beautiful this place is! Gorgeous views, waves, a deserted beach. Besides these facts the bride and groom also picked up it cause they’ve spent there holidays with friends and family and both simply love beaches and surf.

Any wedding starts with invitations and creating them is more important than you think. Aarti and George picked up bright colorful shades and very modern typography. All paper goods were made by Sarah Jayne Kavali.

So now let me tell you about this wedding decor. For tables they chose chic table centerpieces with golden vases and various red, pink, yellow and white shade flowers and greenery. You can see on the tables candles and of course colorful menus. I need to pay your attention to guests’ chairs — they are super trendy lucite chairs and add some lightness to whole venue. If you look above tables, you’ll see hanging decor that consists of bulbs.

Bride Aarti wore a wonderful red and golden traditional Indian wedding dress by one of the India’s leading designers Shyamal and Bhumika. To get it she and her mother took a special trip to India! As shoes she chose golden heels by Kathryn Wilson. Her bridesmaids wore white airy two piece gowns which were from India too. All girls had stunning bouquets with garden roses and dahlias which were crafted by team of Leaf and Honey. Groom George chose dark blue suit from Working Style and white shirt.

Every moment was caught by photographer Nisha Ravji, so now you can scroll down and see all of them. I’m sure you’ll like all ideas of this day and maybe incorporate some of them into your wedding!
