DIY Wildflower Seed Paper As Guest Favors
If you wedding is rustic, this wildflower seed paper will be ideal as guest favors. The supplies are paper to make pulp, wild flower seeds, a mixing bowl, a blender, wire hand strainer, a cookie pan, towels or cloths, cookie cutters to make shapes, plastic wrap or parchment paper. Tear the paper into small pieces and toss them into a blender adding warm water to cover the mixture and blend away. Pour pulpy mixture through the wire hand strainer and squeeze out the excess water. Mix a handful of seeds and paper pulp in a bowl. Press the seeded pulp into the mold, making sure that it is even on all sides. Drying the seed paper quickly is essential, so use hair dryer. Make sure the paper favor is completely dry before embellishing. Store on plastic wrap or parchment paper, and voila – you’re done!
